个人简介:
叶贤基，男，理学博士，教授，博士生导师。1998年毕业于（台湾）清华大学物理研究所，获博士学位。毕业后进入工业技术研究院量测技术发展中心工作，历任研究员、“新质量标准”与“纳米长度标准”项目负责人，兼任东吴大学物理系讲师。2002年为华中科技大学物理系访问教授。2003年至2006年于新加坡南洋理工大学机械与航空工程学院任助理教授。2006年7月通过中山大学百人计划人才引进，加入中山大学工学院。2008年6月调入华中科技大学物理学院，曾任物理学院副院长、基本物理量测量教育部重点实验室主任。2016年6月调入中山大学开云手机登录中心,开云(中国)。
研究领域:
精密测量物理
主要从事引力实验与精密测量物理的研究与应用，曾参与台湾第一套高精度扭秤系统的建立，并利用此精密扭秤系统进行宇宙空间等向性的探索性研究。攻读博士期间研究亚纳米级激光干涉仪，并将双频外差激光干涉仪与精密定位平台进行技术集成，成功研发出亚纳米级定位控制系统与测量型扫描探针显微镜等复杂的光机电集成系统。其中，亚纳米级定位控制系统可循半径1 nm的圆轨迹进行定位控制；而测量型扫描探针显微镜为纳米测量学基础的最重要技术，也为台湾半导体蕊片制造提供纳米长度标准标定技术。目前研究工作集中在空间激光干涉测量技术的研究，研发用于卫星重力场测量和空间引力波探测所需的高精度光学传感技术和星间激光测距技术。
